Mazars in Singapore Clinches Best Company to Work For in Asia Award for Seven Consecutive Years

Mazars in Singapore has once again solidified its position as a premier workplace, securing the title of "Best Company to Work For in Asia" for an impressive seven years in a row. The announcement was made during the gala dinner and awards ceremony at Marina Bay Sands on 24 November 2023, where Chin Chee Choon, Partner, Audit & Assurance, and Iris Goh, Director, Talent, proudly accepted the award on behalf of the firm.

Distinguished Recognition with the Gold Harmonia Statuette

Standing out as one of only four companies in Singapore, Mazars was honored with the gold Harmonia statuette. This accolade is reserved for companies that have consistently proven their commitment to fostering an outstanding workplace environment, earning consecutive wins for five years or more.

Iris Goh, shedding light on Mazars' exceptional journey, attributed the firm's success to the powerful combination of Passion, Purpose, and Progress – the 3Ps. She emphasized the firm's unwavering passion for its people, who are undeniably the heartbeat of the organization. The continuous investment in human capital over the years has not only fueled growth but has also created a workplace where purpose resonates in every endeavor.

Progress, an integral element of Mazars' identity, is marked by an innovative culture, a diverse workforce, and a continuous influx of fresh ideas. These factors collectively contribute to an exciting workplace, attracting and engaging both current and prospective talent.

Chee Choon emphasized that the award serves as a source of motivation. He said, "Receiving the award keeps us focused and motivated to do better for our employees, by continuing to develop a firm with a purpose beyond just work and business."

A Celebration of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

The theme of this year's awards, "Celebrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion," aligns seamlessly with Mazars' commitment to creating an inclusive workplace. The firm welcomed 189 new members in FY2022/2023, contributing to a young, diverse, and dynamic workforce.

Highlighting the dedication to diversity and inclusion, the statistics are noteworthy – 49% of the Singapore talent pool is below 30 years old, 61% are women, and the workforce comprises individuals from 12 different nationalities.
